PNW

Back to the great Pacific Northwest. We are experiencing full on soggy, windy, swampy conditions. Today was the first day that it was even possible to fly. Although, you had to dodge the gust fronts, rain, and graupel with a 90 degree cross wind it was a pleasant eight minutes.
Down to Cali for me. This time the Owens River Valley near Bishop. Working on designing a new home for my brother. He has a lot, that, unbeknownst to him is directly across the valley from three flying sites in the White Mountains and yes one of them is Pauite. If we're lucky there will be a place for us to stay at for the U.S. Nats in September. Not bringing a wing though, its mostly business or "some" business, I am throwing in my skiis and climbing gear :-)Out. SM
