Back to life, in the great Northwest. The winter flying posse showed up at Tiger today and we hiked up on firm, hard, snow covered ground. Once on launch it was nice and sunny with about 6-8inches of snow that had not been trammelled. Perfect for laying out our gliders and lightweight gear. We all launched off in a slight cross East wind, but it was so gentle you could easily out run it to get off launch. Light and boaty out over the valley, I had fun yanking around Meredyth's XS Sport3 before touching down like a feather in the LZ. Even Ru made it down by himself from the North launch. Ah, the pleasantries of a winter sledder.
